- 4 smallish chicken legs (each weighing about 200 g)
Cut each chicken leg into two pieces at the joint to separate the lower and upper parts of the leg (drumstick and thigh).
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 200 g plain yoghurt
- juice and peel of ½ untreated lemon
- freshly ground pepper
For the yoghurt marinade, peel the garlic and crush using a garlic press. Mix with the yogurt, lemon juice, lemon peel, salt and pepper.
Rub the yogurt marinade over the chicken pieces and allow to marinate briefly. For a stronger flavour, allow to marinate in a container or a plastic bag that can be sealed. Leave to marinate for 4 to 24 hours in the fridge. Before cooking, use kitchen paper to dab off the marinade from the chicken pieces.

Add a little olive oil to the AutoCook pan. Place the previously dabbed chicken pieces in the pan and close the lid.
Set the fry program, select long and press Start. After 15 minutes, open the lid, turn the chicken pieces and close the lid again.
As soon as the signal sounds, open the lid. Serve the chicken pieces hot.
