FISH WITH ORANGE SAUCE AND FENNEL

Step 1/7


  • 1 onion
  • 3 fennels

Peel the onions and cut them into slices. Cut the fennels into quarters.

Step 2/7

Set soft fry program and select long. Set 40 min with the timer. Press Start.

Step 3/7


  • 40 ml olive oil

Place the olive oil in the AutoCook Pro pan and cook the onions until they are brown. Add fennels and fry for 5 more minutes.

Step 4/7


  • 20 gr mustard grain
  • 30 g honey
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 100 ml chicken broth

Add mustard grains, honey, salt and black peppers and keep stirring. 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add orange juice and chicken stock. Mix and close the lid.

Step 5/7


  • 2 sea bass fillets (800 g)

8 minutes before the end of the cooking time, place the sea bass fillets over the fennels and close the lid. As soon as the signal sounds, the fish is ready.

  • basil
  • chive
  • grated orange peel
  • fresh orange slice
  • mustard seed

Garnish with chopped basil leaves, chopped chives, grated orange peel, orange slices and mustard seeds.

Step 7/7

For AutoCook, use 350 ml orange juice and 250 ml chicken stock.
