- 200 g peas (frozen)
Defrost the peas.
- 1 onion
- 100 g bread for toasting (without the crust)
In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion. Roughly chop the bread for toasting.
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg (M)
Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Separate the egg yolk and egg white.
- 700 g white fish filets (for example; cod; rose fish or tilapia)
Mix the fish filets and onion with the bread and egg white using a chopper or put through a grinder.
Season with salt and pepper and knead together carefully.
- 3–4 tbsp breadcrumbs
Purée the peas, garlic and egg yolk in a mixer. Stir in 3-4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and briefly leave to stand.
Shape the fish mixture into balls. Add a teaspoon of the pea filling to the centre of each fish ball. Seal the pea filling with the fish mixture and roll into round balls.
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
Coat the fish balls on all sides with oil and place on the lower steamer insert.
Fill the AutoCook pan with 500 ml of cold water and place the steamer insert with the fish balls in the pan. Close the lid. Set the steam program, select medium and press Start.
As soon as the signal sounds, open the lid. Serve the fish balls hot or cold.
