- 4 tbsp. BBQ sauce
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 700 g monkfish medallions (ready to cook)
- 4 spring onions
Stir BBQ sauce together with olive oil. Pat monkfish medallions dry and marinate in the sauce for approximately 30 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the spring onions and slice into rings.
Set the "stew" program and select "medium". Place the medallions and spring onions into the AutoCook pan and press "Start for Phase 1". Sauté the medallions and spring onions with the lid open, occasionally flipping them over.
- 200 g puréed tomatoes
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g olives
As soon as the signal sounds, add the puréed tomatoes, vegetable stock and olives. Set 10 min with the timer. Close the lid. Press "Start for Phase 2". As soon as the signal sounds, open the lid and serve the monkfish.
For 4 servings
